“My car was throwing codes that at first seemed like they should be fixed with a couple of replacements. When that didn't work, I went to Art's and they found that the problem was actually a communication error with the ECU. Got my car running again in about 3 and a half days.”

“Going to start this off by saying you can't beat their prices in the ENTIRE OF COWLITZ COUNTY. Seriously, we got a ton of work done for less than 600.
Only reason I'm giving four stars is because same day after pick up I had to go back because the check engine light came back on. This was after a brake job, oil change, air filter change, and a full diagnostic. They found this under the vanity cover like 10 minutes later. Replaced it for free but it definitely made me think twice about going back.
That being said, I am still going to give them another shot. Top tier customer service, thanks guys for all the good work you did! She's running like a dream now!”

“We recently had the Thermal Control Module fail in our 2020 Forester. Fortunately Subaru had issued an extended warranty and Bud Clary helped us have it replaced completely under warranty. When I originally came in to have it diagnosed, they were so confident of the TPM being the problem that they did not require me to pay the diagnosis service fee, as it would be paid/reimbursed by warranty anyway. Very thankful for the amazing people and service at Bud Clary!”
“My gf took her truck into get detailed. It ended up being a bigger job than anyone thought. We didn't want to pay the increased price as the guy at the front desk was super honest with us that he didn't think it would make a difference. But they still did a complete wash of the exterior. 100%recommend

“We are on the road with our 25’ travel trailer and found ourselves at Silver Lake with a broken leaf spring. It was recommended that we call Potter Webster in Longview. I spoke to Brad who said they had the part in stock and since he lives up this way, he would be happy to drop it off on his way home.

“I had 4 rims I needed tires put on.
Some of my friends recommended STS so I took them there. Price was very good, they took less time than they told me it would.
They mounted the wheel weights on the inside of the rim, AND they were black (same color as rim) even though I forgot to ask them to mount them on the inside.
I am really happy with the work they did”
