“Car broke down across the street. Called and one of the employees walked over with the machine to check out what was wrong and had a bad starter. Toaded across the street they replaced picked it up the next day. Very very helpful.”
“The name “Courtesy…” does not do this shop justice. They go way above all the rest. They are honest, forthcoming and, you guessed it…, courteous. They do not have a towing service, but our insurance company did- The owner, Loren, personally came to our rescue when we had to stop just before the bridge near this shop. He picked us up because he was worried our “pull over” wasn’t safe. Who does that anymore? He took us to his shop late in his day. His wife, Wendy, helped us obtain a rental car so we could get home-over an hour away. His daughter, Cam, is the mechanic and she is a perfectionist-unheard of in the industry. When the car was fixed, and did I mention…over an hour away…their friend, Dennis, drove our car for detailing and didn’t blink an eye in doing so. This shop…we cannot say enough about how happy we are and you will be, too. Those that come to them for service will become friends quickly. Although, we are extremely pleased, we had it planned next year to sell the car and Cam’s boyfriend, Brandon, is helping us with that, too. They have such a family of customers -now friends-stopped by each time we were there. It’s a business that makes all feel welcome while being honest and more than fair. We highly recommend this shop for all your car needs. Thank you all for everything you provided!!!”
“We had a problem with my jeep on our way to the beach.. We were able to make it to Longview Auto repair.
Once there the mechanic immediately looked at my car, discovered a piece of the splash shield had broken off and was making a lot of noise when moving. He had it fixed and had us back on our trip in less than an hour.
So glad to have found an honest mechanic who took his time to help us.

“We recently had the Thermal Control Module fail in our 2020 Forester. Fortunately Subaru had issued an extended warranty and Bud Clary helped us have it replaced completely under warranty. When I originally came in to have it diagnosed, they were so confident of the TPM being the problem that they did not require me to pay the diagnosis service fee, as it would be paid/reimbursed by warranty anyway. Very thankful for the amazing people and service at Bud Clary!”

Some of my friends recommended STS so I took them there. Price was very good, they took less time than they told me it would.
They mounted the wheel weights on the inside of the rim, AND they were black (same color as rim) even though I forgot to ask them to mount them on the inside.
I am really happy with the work they did”
