Harbor Freight Tools is a store with a great assortment of tools and items needed by contractors, homeowners, and do-it-yourselfers. The place is clean and the staff is consistently friendly, outgoing, very helpful, and provides great customer service. Reviews note an overall awesome experience with good prices and great prices for tools on a budget. The quality of tools, especially certain brands, has improved quite a bit. The return program is also highlighted positively. While generally a good place where customers almost always leave with more than intended, some note minor drawbacks like an occasional missing item or a restocking fee on certain returns. The 2 men that were working this evening, I honestly can’t remember their names and I really did try but I was returning a product that we had not used. We purchased it the other day and these guys were so kind and helpful. I always have a good experience when I go into the Longview Harbor freight.
