Carson was a wonderful help with setting up a new phone. He was patient and informative with this old luddite, and didn't try to upsell me.

They didn't resolve the problem my friend was having with their phone and we stood there for over 40min. Seems that the employee was the only one and was struggling a bit because lack of knowledge. He seemed rather nervous and didn't explain what he was doing. But he was sweet and at least he tried.
