For a prepaid phone company it's odd that the least expensive phone available in store was around $400 and the vast majority of phones in stock were $899+. They stated that they weren't allowed to carry "cheap" phones and told me to try Walmart if I couldn't afford that much. Mind you my purpose for my trip in was to get a homeless person I sometimes help out that's in their 60s a phone. I'm an actual contract T-mobile customer with 5 lines and I'm considering switching to someone else now.

They didn't resolve the problem my friend was having with their phone and we stood there for over 40min. Seems that the employee was the only one and was struggling a bit because lack of knowledge. He seemed rather nervous and didn't explain what he was doing. But he was sweet and at least he tried.

This location is beyond horrible, they never have any phones. Tell you to come back a few days and still no phones. Only got one phone on the iPhone release and of course it's sold out. Why as a phone store would you not order more then one phone for the new release. Going to have to take my money to a different location and a make sure it's not the same owner. The owner must not care to make money. Got to find a location that actually has devices available. The women who work this location are rude, and have no customer service at all.

Have been trying to get 2 iPhones for a couple weeks now and they don’t ever have them in stock. They tell me to call to check up on the status of in stock phones, I do daily. They don’t answer their phones, tell you to leave a message and they’ll call back. They never call you back. Not a single time. The one time I actually did get through they answered and instead of taking the call you can hear them complaining about having to work instead of doing their jobs, then hang up on the call without helping me. This location has horrible customer service.

The ONLY bright spot in dealing with MetroPC was at this store and her name is Chelsea. She got what I needed done smoothly and efficiently, 10 stars!. The rest of Metro gets a ZERO, especially phone in customer service.

I pay for fast high speed internet and the sales clerk stated that my hotspot was suppose to be unlimited but it barely works and its definitely not unlimited and they slow my internet down in middle of month then it does not work.

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us, as we had many questions on phone's for our 13 year old. (We ended up purchasing the motorola g stylus.) Thank you lady, and gentlemen, we'll continue to come back to this location❣

We have NEVER had as much trouble with Phone Service as we've had here. The STORE CLERK COMPLETELY screwed up our Service MONTHS ago. We called, had them "try" to fix it & she then screwed up BOTH mine & my husband's phone numbers up. Two months later YOUR people NEVER fixed THEIR Screw up, Higher ups in DIFFERENT Sections couldn't fix her screw up so my HUSBAND figured it out, fixed it & then we had an EMERGENCY where we were late FIVE hours & our service was all messed up just to give us a 3 to 5 hour extension!! This is ALL on VIDEO, Recordings and ALL. WE EVEN VERIFIED with the so-called non english speaking nor did she UNDERSTAND ANYTHING we were saying {as you can tell with all we have going on} Clerk we were speaking to on the phone. Even have screen shots when they started changing our service to different amounts when THEY screwed this up!!! WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR WORKERS IGNORANCE!!!! There's so much more & either you will make this right & contact us or a store near me WILL be seeing us with ALL this proof!! You should be writing wrongs NOT continuing HORRIBLE Service, ESPECIALLY for those who have NOTHING left right now but are working through & during this PANDEMIC to SERVE people like YOU!!!!

I have been a customer for over 4 years and I have 4 phone lines with them. I have tried to resolve a situation (cancel one line that has been unused and lost for over 6 months, yet I've continued to pay on it) via live chat, phone call and now in person. I have forgotten my "high security passwords". I have a medical condition in which my memory is affected. So I was told by the phone rep that I could go into any MetroPCS office, where I could show my identification (I brought both my driver's license and passport) and access my account. Today I went into the Longview, WA office where I was told that my only option is to go back in the following day when a particular office was open and that I'm probably out of luck because they NEVER reset high security passwords. I asked what I could do and was basically told there's nothing. The nearest office to me is 40 minutes away, driving. I am VERY upset and I hope that MetroPCS will reach out to me and rectify this issue. I'm very likely to terminate my entire account.

I went in to buy a new phone as my old one was randomly shutting down. They pulled up my account, saw I had insurance, and gave me phone numbers to call and make a claim. Writing this post with my replacement phone. Thanks guys!

Why are they closed early??? I live in Winlock, WA which is 30 miles from here so to drive all this way just to get here and see that they closed early is a HUGE disappointment. These disappointments sure seem to be happening alot more often than not with them. What a disappointment. Smh :(
