“Used the services of this dealership! What I liked:
* Very knowledgeable, friendly managers who know their business. I dealt with a manager named Timothy. I came for one car, but he convinced me that a vehicle with additional options would be useful for me. During the purchase, he helped completely and kept the process under control.
* The bank initially gave me one interest rate of 5.8% per annum, but in the end, the rate dropped to 3.8%.
* The company gave me extra options as a gift (Timothy helped out and secured them).
* A few days after the purchase, he asked if I needed any help, if everything was okay, and whether I was satisfied with the purchase.
* During the purchase, they worked with me on the payment terms.
* They didn't push any unnecessary extra services. At Subaru Gresham, they quoted me $41,000 for the exact same car, which is $9,000 more than what I paid here. They tacked on every possible and impossible markup and presented it as mandatory.
The only drawback was having to drive 35 miles from Vancouver, WA.
So if you want to buy a Subaru, I highly recommend them. You won't regret it. Updating my review 2 years later: I was too lazy to drive to them to trade in my car and really regretted it. At Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver, they cheated me out of $5,700 on my Crosstrek trade-in valuation. Plus, issues with the quality of the new Forester and problems with the extended warranty on the old Crosstrek. All in all, I recommend this dealership.”

“Why would you go anywhere else??? I have had my windows tinted when I purchased my car 2 years ago, and of course CM did a GREAT job. I just had it detailed and…. WOW!! Trent made it so easy for me!! He is always so friendly and professional and his crew got my car looking brand new, inside and out !!! “We had a really positive experience overall. Of course, when you're buying an as-is vehicle from a used car lot, there's always a possibility that something could come up down the road. Because of that, we made sure to set aside a couple thousand dollars for any unexpected repairs or maintenance.

After all taxes and fees, we paid around $8,000 for the vehicle. It was under 10 years old with just over 100,000 miles, which we felt was a solid value. As soon as we purchased it, we took it to a trusted auto specialist for a thorough inspection. Thankfully, everything checked out well. The only issue they found was a throttle body that needed replacement, which cost about $900.

Other than that, we haven't had any problems.

That's simply part of buying a used vehicle sometimes. Overall, it was a good experience, and we were happy with the purchase. My biggest recommendation for anyone shopping for a used car is to budget some extra money after the purchase so you can have it inspected right away and address any issues that might arise.

“I bought a car from Eldon Robbins almost 5 months ago now. I could not be happier with the professionalism, kindness and honesty I was shown when shopping with them. The team is primarily a father and son who have owned the business for many years. They both treated me with kindness and respect and did not look down on me or treat me poorly for being young or a woman. Both the father and the son are of exceptional character. I spoke to them about my needs and that I was an extremely high mileage driver and asked about one of the cars in their lot. They guided me away from that one because of the already high mileage and some specs that they thought would be better for someone driving in town. Not low quality, just good for different purposes. They showed me some others that they thought could handle the mileage I do. I settled on a car about 1k over my initial budget and payed cash. It took about a week from when I first viewed the car to settle on a purchase. They allowed a pre-purchase inspection which I recommend to anyone who is looking for a used car. 5 months later, I have done over 10,000 miles, have done 3 oil changes, and the car is doing great. I highly recommend this place over any other in the chehalis to portland area, especially as a woman. I felt respected here-which was in harsh contrast to the amount of belittling that went on at the 7 other lots that I went to.
These guys are great and I believe they sell with honesty, transparency, and integrity.”
