“I can't say enough good things about Northwest Auto Specialist and Sam in the service department.

A week before our annual family camping trip, I had a control arm break and a wheel that was dangerously close to falling off. Needless to say, that's not exactly the kind of thing you want to discover right before a road trip.

They got the car repaired, and when I heard a noise afterward that I didn't like, they didn't just brush it off. They took another look, checked their work, and made sure everything was right.

I told them I had travel plans, but I never mentioned that my child would be driving the car. I simply put my trust in them to fix the problem and make sure the car was safe.

They did exactly that.

We made it to the camping trip and back home with absolutely no issues, and we're all home safe and sound. That's the kind of peace of mind you can't put a price on.

I really appreciate the quality of the work, but even more than that, I appreciate the willingness to stand behind it and take another look when I wasn't comfortable. They didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance. They made sure it was done right.

“Literally broke down in the lot next door, due to a faulty at home service, while traveling through town on a weekend evening right before close. The manager got us into a bay and went above and beyond to try to help us. The car is done for because of the repair costs but we were at least able to get home safely thanks to these guys, and realistically the costs would’ve been even worse had they not helped. I really wish I could remember their names, but all of the staff members we encountered were so helpful and kind.”
