“There is a girl named Jasmine that works here I'm not sure what department she works in but I spoke with her on the phone and she is amazing! I had a bunch of mix-ups with my packages and my change of address and she put all of my nerves at ease so quickly. She went above and beyond her job duty to give a message to my carrier about the situation and to even help locate my packages and get them redirected back to where I need them. I wish there were more people in the world like this the world would be a much better place. Thank you Jasmine from me and my family!”
“I deal with the staff at this location usually a couple times a week and they always do a really great job getting my parcels out. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin does do a great job, but I think everyone at this location is well above par as far as post office staff go.”
“Decent place, fast and efficient even with a line up. The ladies working there are kind of stern, not really friendly. But because they get the job done quick, definitely a 4 star.Just an fyi, you can drop returns on the counter without waiting in line unless you want the receipt.”
“I visited Canada post around 4:30 on Saturday. There is one girl worked there - simarjot k . She was very nice with the customer infront of me but those two people were so rude with her. She asked politely that if you are still figuring out something, can i just take drop off from the next customer so they do not hv to wait longer but they start yelling at her that why did you say this!! Call your manger and when manager came she supported customer and helped them . but i went to her and console her bcz i also work in customer service and sometimes people are being so rude . There should be a helpful centre for employee, if customer being rude to them especially in postal service like these!”
“I went in to mail important documents. There was only one person behind the counter. His name was Joe and he was amazingly nice and kind. He told me that he would make sure my package would get out today. I thought he was just saying that to make some conversation, but he actually delivered! My documents are already on their way!I've also had to speak to the manager at this branch about a missing package. I filed the lost package report online and I received a call the next day. She was very polite and courteous through the call and had actually located my package! Two days later it was correctly delivered to me. Other times I had to do a lost package claim, I received a response the following day via email and my packages were delivered that day.I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This branch seems to have a lot of contractors that come through, which seems to mess with deliveries. But the long time staff are very nice and pleasant. I appreciate them! The carriers are also super friendly folks as well.”
“I've never had a single problem with my mail carrier and when I go in person to the post office the ladies are always so nice and helpful (I go a lot so I'm a regular) but they have always helped me, quick and friendly. I like being able to go so close to home for multiple trips in one day as well.”

“Great googly moogly!!!! This place is what's up! First off the extremely beautiful woman working there, I believe her name is Meegan or Nancy is awesome!! No matter how horrible your day has been, when you walk in and see her gorgeous brown eyes and that smile that could light up Safeco it is instantly turned around! Super clean units at a fraction of the competition prices. Trust me, I've don't my do diligence and they smoke their competitors! If you need storage or the best P.O. box this side of the Rockies then GO TO K'S!! Honestly, if you didn't I would have to question you as a human....”
