When ever I go they never know what to do they either have me call a number or make an appointment with a different person. Also I was promised a $50 gift card for buying a new phone on Black Friday and it is April and they are denying that a gift card was included at all

Bad shopping experience. I felt I shouldn’t ask any questions.

So I'm surprise by all the 1star negative comments. This my first time at this location. So this is how my experience went. I originally have an appointment to replace my battery since my battery health was 75%. My phone wouldn't keep charge and it would randomly shuts off even on charge and when fully charged. So I walked in I was immediately met by this gentleman (wish I remember his name) I explained to him I have an appointment. He told me to have a seat he will have a tech come over and assist me. Within 2mins a tech came over(again I forgot his name)he pulled up my appointment and asked to look at my phone etc. I forgot to mention that my back screen was also crack(badly). Anyway he explained to me to replace the battery it will be $99 but in order for them to replace the battery they have to remove the screen and he noticed the screen was already separating. He mentioned if while they're removing the screen and it crack, I will have to replace it and they can't replace the front screen without replacing the crack back screen. To replace the front screen will be $249 but to replace everything including the back screen it will be $599 he mentioned. I said "I'm just here for the battery replacement so let's just start there and hope whomever replace the battery can be gentle and not get the screen crack while removing it". He said "okay let me get few things from the phone making sure it's backed up, but let me go in the back and find something out really quick"! I said "okay"!15 mins later he came back and said "So my manager said since the battery is a quality issue they can replace it at no charge". I said "okay now we really getting somewhere". He stayed going through the phone doing what he does then he said "let me go check with my manager about something because I'm not getting any signal from the phone to my iPod". I said "okay"!At this point I'm there for about a hour. He came back about 20 mins later with a little box in his hand. He said "so I got some good news for you, my manager said to replace the phone with a new one at no charge to you so I got you a new device so we can just do the transfer instead". I said "omg this is amazing thank you"! Honestly all of this caught me off guard because going from possibly paying $99 to $249 or $599 to $0 was a hell of a turn considering I'm in a Apple Store where they want to feed you everything for you to pay for everything. Mind you my phone warranty had expired and I didn't have any insurance on the phone or any of that. I was extremely happy with this outcome and while waiting for my phone to transfer from my old phone there were a few rep who stop by and ask if everything was going okay. So it's safe to say my experience was an amazing one and the customer service was amazing to say the least.

APPLE STORE ALDERWOOD MALL/LYNWOODMy phone touch screen was not working, and mine was Esim, so there is no chance of using a different phone temporarily. For this reason, I had to walk-in to the Apple Store to see if they could help.I set up an appointment as the representative asked, but I also asked if she could help if I waited for a while. After asking her store manager, she returned with a response requesting that I purchase a new phone. That was the suggestion from SO CALLED STORE MANAGER. I do not like the way she answered.I did not ask them to fix my phone right away; instead, I wanted to see if I could get a slot today if I waited a few hours. I am not sure how can someone ask me to buy a new phone without knowing the problem.PLEASE HIRE A GOOD STORE MANAGER WHO CAN ASSIST OR REPLY BETTER WHEN PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS.

The employee who is responsible for AirPod sell was very impatient to us. She turned to other customers even when we still having questions about the AirPod. She was only trying to get us to buy AirCare when we were placing orders. I feel very disappointed that Apple could hire such unqualified person, who seems not care about her job at all, or doesn’t know her responsibility! The overall store feels unwelcome at all. Will never come again.

Worst service ever. I just want to simply check the amount of my gift card and asked some employees who are absolutely doing nothing and told me they are really busy. Very unhelpful and rude. If you don’t like your job you can quit it.

Terrible customer service!! I scheduled an appointment at Genius Bar and waited over 10 minutes for a rep. Meanwhile, there were a ton of employees on the floor chatting with each other. I spoke with the manager, Michael & he sarcastically told me I only was waiting for 5 minutes. Not only was that false, he was rude & clearly had no interest in providing decent customer service.

BE CAREFUL items were picked up under my name that I did NOT PURCHASE!!! This store possibly did NOT ask for ID before giving someone the items that were purchased with stolen card. Do not purchase online for pick up on store!!!!

As a generation X,er! I can say, don’t waste your time. Unless you were buying a new product, they are very much useless. because my service was so crummy, I wouldn’t even recommend them for that!!!! Nothing but attitude even with an appointment. Absolute waste of time. never again.

I recently visited this store at Alderwood to pick up phones I had ordered online. The store was really busy and there was a long queue, which included not only customers like myself picking up orders but also those making purchases and also enquiring and asking questions at the store's 'only' billing section. This led to a significant wait time and a frustrating pick up experience.

Pick up service was good, timely and efficient. The young guy who served me was brilliant and engaging and knew his stuff. The review has lost a star due to another member of staff being nowhere near as friendly, rude in fact, when I asked if I could set-up my recent $1300 purchase on one of the tables provided for that..

This location is horrible they are very judge mental if you ain’t old or white or a female no one will help u. I walked in to this location and no one greeted me all they do is stand around and pick and choose who they wanted to help I came in looking for a iMac and iPad but yet waited 30 mins before someone even said hi. Then as I walked around I had security following me for what idk maybe thinking I couldn’t afford the things in this place. Then the person said hi all they did was show me where the iPads were and walked away. This store no one cares they are only work there for the free discounts on Apple products and a paycheck. I would never ever go to that store again.
