“It is in the Safeway parking lot but it’s outside in front of Pacific Premier Bank. Navigation led me to look inside of Safeway and when I couldn’t find it I almost drove across the street to Trader Joe’s based on the previous review. lol Hopefully this saves you some time!!! :)”

“I am currently working with the branch manager Boris on some issues with a deposit and my account in general. He has been incredibly attentive and helpful and helped me with a situation I had no idea how to fix! I really appreciate his willingness to help and care about his customer. I tried calling the general customer service a few times and they were not helpful at all. It means a lot to have someone in a big bank care to help. If I ever need help again I know where to go!”

“This is definitely a first for me, rating a Wells Fargo five stars but this branch deserves it! I came in to make a payment on an account that I have through Tempur Pedic and was greeted by at least three employees. All of them were wearing the most adorable costumes in honor of Halloween. There was only one teller open when I arrived and there was one customer ahead of me. She was helped pretty quickly and then they opened another window to take care of me.I didn't have my account info but they looked it up and after some quick research, I didn't have to make a payment. But I'm glad I came in anyway. The teller who helped me was wearing a panda costume and in my opinion that alone deserves five stars! Seriously though I probably won't need to go to Wells Fargo again anytime soon, but this is going to be my go-to branch from now on.”

“I tried to open an account here but unfortunately was unable to for circumstances they had nothing to do. The branch manager PK went above and beyond to not only help me with my check but also investigated the issue for an hour just to help me and give me the information I needed to be able to open with them in the future. Far different then my experience at Bank of America, where I couldn't even get to a person in the bank or online to find out what is going on. He did all this for me eventhough I couldn't give him my business. Thank you PK! I'll see you soon.”
