They could have told me to schedule an appointment like everywhere else but stopped with whatever they were doing and got it resolved for me. They were so lovely. “The employees here are very nice and helpful! I found a bird with a broken wing and foot in the parking lot next door and needed to take him to a wildlife rehabilitation center. I ran in and asked for a box to transport the bird in. Everyone was really nice and one employee went in the back and got me a box for the bird. I was able to get him to a wildlife rehabilitation center right away. They will release him back in the wild after he heals. I have attached a photo of the species the bird was.”

“I recently had an issue where I couldn’t sign into my mobile banking app because the wrong phone number was entered into the system. Since I rely on the app to manage my account in real time, I ended up with several insufficient funds charges. I first called the 1-800 number, but they told me I would need to visit the branch where I originally opened my account. I was hesitant to do that, but I finally went to the Lynnwood branch—and I’m so glad I did.
The female branch manager there went above and beyond. Not only did she immediately fix my mobile app issue, but she also refunded my recent insufficient funds charges, which I wasn’t expecting. Most importantly, she listened to my problem with a genuine, empathetic, and non‑biased approach, which is rare these days. Her professionalism and kindness really turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I left feeling grateful and impressed with the customer service at the Lynnwood branch.”
