Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products, including fragrant body lotions, shower gels, and candles for personal or gift use. The staff is generally friendly and ready to help, with associates providing excellent service by answering questions to make shopping efficient and exciting. However, some customers find the staff can be a bit aggressive or pushy, with multiple greetings and continued offers for store membership after a customer has declined. The store environment has consistent, dialed-down scents that some find refreshing. A common wish is for popular seasonal items, like Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint, to have year-round availability.
I am mildly allergic to foaming hand soaps and body creams that come in a flashy tube. I stick with gel hand soap and shower gels that seem to have less concentrated fragrance.

There was a very large selection of products. The store was well-stocked, clean and organized. The employees weren't overly sales-y, which I appreciate. It was a pretty smooth transaction.
