To make an appointment over the phone has to be a waste of time! I couldn’t even make an appointment or talk to a representative that voice recorder just said thank you for calling have great day and hung up. Chase really has to change their voice phone recorder it really frustrating.

Don't trust the open times because I just came in today and they weren't open I suggest going somewhere else

I got an email from them at 4:30pm, the night before our notary appointment at 9am the next day saying they needed to cancel. When I tried calling back to follow up, nobody answered despite the fact that the branch isn't supposed to close until 5pm. Incredibly unprofessional and may cost us hundreds of dollars.
