There is a new branch manager and he is excellent and very helpful. There are 2 main window tellers that I interact with the most and they have always been kind and very helpful. Today all three of them worked together and stood up for me to resolve my banking issues. Very much recommend this branch.

Overall great customer service and friendly people. Had a complicated issue that I've tried solving for weeks with chase-online, but came in here and Luis Howard solved my issue in less than an hour with efficiency and professionalism. Nice crew!
