Costco Pharmacy is a great and well-run pharmacy, praised as the best. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, super friendly, efficient, and very helpful, providing really great customer service. They handle prescription transfers quickly and help find cheaper medications and discounts. The only downsides are that it is not open on Sundays and the line can sometimes get long when the store is crowded.
Requested my medication 1 day before the insurance could refill, they told me to call again the next day called the next day and was told the are out of the medication, why didn't they tell me the first time I called?

Dropped off prescription and was told I would get a text in ~40 min. Never got the text. Called again the next day and they couldn’t find it in the system because it was never entered into the system. Said it would take an hour. Get to the pharmacy and was told it would take another 30 min. Absolute joke

I love Cosco but those taking calls are very rude! Called at 10:30 today and another follow up call later, this Antonio answered my call in a rude and impolite manner. So disrespectful. He is representing Cosco he should be better!!! Pls monitor and do something about his very bad attitude!!! I hope you monitor your phone... read full comment
