“I have a broken back, so can no longer shop at a supermarket. Fred Meyer is a lifesaver with their home delivery. Their online web page for ordering is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of products is great. When they come to deliver, I go out to my third-floor balcony and toss my keys down to the delivery man. He lets himself into the building and brings my groceries up to my apartment. Quick and easy from start to finish. I can't rave about them enough.”

“I ordered curbside from this location a while back and it was a wonderful experience. They even gave me a few surprises in my order (samples of food and beauty items) which was appreciated. That didn't happen this time, but I am a repeat customer and of course I wasn't expecting it. Perhaps that first visit I just got lucky. Anyway, I had an appointment for 8pm and I had just come from Fred Meyer on 196th (Lynnwood) where I had picked up a bunch of groceries (also curbside). Since I got to Walmart so early (about 55 minutes early) , I was prepared to wait in my car for a while. I hadn't been there more than five minutes and the associate came to my car. I told him that my "appointment" was for 8pm, and when I gave him my name he said it was ready. That was such a nice surprise. I'm still kind of new to curbside ordering so I was really happy that I got my order almost an hour early. The parking lot was well lit, but I was a little apprehensive about sitting in my car to wait. I'm really glad I didn't have to do that. They made a few substitutions on my order for things they were out of, but I was happy with the final result. A side note: I went into the store a few months ago just to check it out and I was disappointed with the selections. Nothing special about it at all, but I do recommend their curbside pickup.”

“I went for my physical checkup and some blood test—first time at this location. I was happy to say my experience was great.I arrived early, was checked in early, and both Ms. Katerina and Rudy/Rody(?) were extremely helpful, providing a quick and pleasant experience. I was in-and-out within 20 minutes or so; all the while we were chatting, asking/answering questions, and just going about the time with ease.I will be returning to this location next year for my annual. I hope to see these two—if not, I hope they are doing better. Give them raises, yeah? I recommend this place for anyone doing their physical, at least. ??”

“I thought I was still in Mukilteo, but no this Safeway is actually in North Lynnwood. Mind blown right there. I stopped here on the way home to get something light to eat from the to-go section and was pleasantly surprised to find it right inside the entrance on the right hand side of the entrance I entered the store through. I spotted freshly made sushi, went with the Spicy Tuna roll, proceeded to the self check-out area and found it to be quite a large self check-out area. I walked up to one of the self check-out stations and the screen proceeded to the scan item stage of check out without me pressing any thing. Motion detection in self check-out machinery, sweet. That's not something I see regularly. Check out was straightforward and there was a human monitor available to call if one needed help while going through self check-out. The parking lot was large and partially full, I was coming towards the beginning of the lunch hour and I saw a few people sitting and eating in their cars. Pricing was fair and what I was looking for was very quick to find.”

“I recently switched from Store #6614 to Store #6302. And the change is like going from night to day. I will give the address of each store below, but first I must tell you how my customer experience has vastly improved by changing stores. BTW I am speaking exclusively about ONLY the pharmacy department in both locations. At the old location one of my monthly Rx would never be in stock and was always on backorder. The new location seems to have figured out how to make sure that when Rx are due according to my auto refills, they have enough on hand (or have ordered in advance to avoid running out). One might expect similar customer service from each store in a chain like Walgreens, but let me tell you, that is an invalid assumption. I believe it all comes down to the people who work there day to day that create an excellent customer experience and give the customer a reason to want to come back again and again. “Initially, I visited this Safeway location to use one of the self service machine's in the lobby, after using the machine I decided to check out the bakery and get some dessert for the evening. The dessert section was very large, with an enormous selection of things to choose from. I had a question about something I was trying to find, so I asked a staff member and they were very helpful and and answered my question. This is a very good Safeway location.”

“I like this store and 164th more than most of them but A lot of time there are 'warehouse' shortages for sale items. Whoever's fault there not coordinating is an absolute dummy. Deli line can take a min because people love to be picky about sliced meat so waiting for there preppy butts is annoying. Doors on the east and south side close at 7 to 'help' with shop lifting but tweakers are always passing through stealing anyways sprinting through the door and parking lots.”

“Good experience, loved the BOGO sales. Great place for Pharmacy w/drive thru windows. I go here for Makeup, candy, alcohol, stationary, snacks, vitamins, canes & walker assessories, hair products, cold beverage, they're no longer 24hrs. Alot less foot traffic and illegal activities. Sometimes some of the cashiers can be less than friendly. But I'm sure that's due to having less time to stock at night since they close at 10pm? 11pm? And they have to stop what they're doing to assist in Cosmetics, Photo Counter and they have to Police all the foot traffic/Residentially Challanged that just want a nice, warm, clean place to relieve themselves or shoot up. It truly is not a public bathroom people. You should've gone before you left the house! However, if I'm in there shopping and have a cart full of purchases and it's after 9pm, I'd appreciate it if the Manager could escort me to the locked bathroom and wait til I use the facility really quick, then lock it back up after. ?Especially if I'm a regular customer with a very small bladder. ? But all in all this is a great convenient place to shop!”
