Legend Auto Specialists provides excellent service and support for their customers. They quickly assist with car repairs, even during busy holiday times. Customers appreciate their fair pricing, with one receiving a significant quote reduction for brake work. The owner, Wassem, is known for being honest and friendly, providing quality work and explaining issues clearly. If repairs are done at the shop, the diagnostic fee is often waived. The team is also recognized for their personal approach and willingness to go the extra mile, such as smoothing out dents at no extra cost. The shop is usually faster than the dealership and can often complete repairs the same day if parts are available. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere, complete with a lovable dog in the lobby, makes visits enjoyable. Many highly recommend Legend Auto Specialists for any auto needs, especially for brake systems.
I brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection and he got us in and out in under 2 hours. He provided an extremely thorough explanation of everything he found and saved me from costly future repairs. Highly recommend.
