“They all seem like great reviews and that is because Henry’s does that great a job. I like the one where they said it was better that when it came from the dealer – and I’d agree! I saw where Henry suggested a before and after photo of their car and wish I had taken some to show you. Our 2005 car was reasonably well taken care of: waxed every year, used Armor all on the dash, vacuumed a few times a year, cleaned the kick panels and door jambs with all-purpose cleaner. But the Northwest has what we all know is “tree needles” and general algae that collects in all the little cracks even when cared for like I shared that I did on my own. So, imagine taking your car to the best detail shop in Bellevue – maybe even to the detailer for the BMW and Lexus dealers – well guess what – you will get that result here in Lynwood.

“I track a car, which means I go through tires like a wood chipper goes through branches. I need alignments, tweaks, adjustments, and whatever mystery suspension issue pops up next. Hankook Tires has handled all of it without blinking.
Sean, the new owner, is awesome. They’ve worked on the family fleet, removed screws, fixed alignment issues, recommended body shops, and kept everything straight — literally. His staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and somehow still smiles when I roll in needing “just one more set.”
They even put new tires on my sister‑in‑law’s kid‑hauling, vroom‑vroom‑less, totally‑silent, personality‑free Tesla and dialed in the alignment perfectly.

“Great communication, very pleasant to deal with all the front office staff. I was in a jam and needed a repair to my truck's door (bad actuator), the day before Christmas Eve. Leaving my truck outside and unlocked wasn't an option. I called Alderwood Auto Repair and they got me in an hour later, ordered the part, and installed it the next morning. Throughout the process, Ryan and BIll in the front office communicated with me frequently and finished on time. I will definitely use this garage again.”
