“I wanted to take my car to an independent shop after having the dealer service it with pre-paid packages. I've grown increasingly dissatisfied with the dealer's outrageous pricing and difficulty scheduling.The straw that broke this camel's back was brakes. Dealer wanted $1550 for front brakes. Performance's cost was $755. I put them off for a bit that I needed to get the scheduled maintenance done as well. That was 1/3 the cost (dealer estimate was $950, Performance total was $330). Mike suggested I should replace rear brakes, those were $665. So really, I got a significant value for the money spent and I supported an independent shop.The initial call with Mike (owner) turned out to be quite pleasant and he put up with some questions about cost and scheduling. He worked with me for an ideal day to drop it off and pick up within just a few days from swinging by to get an official estimate.There was only one hiccup that caused a delay due to an unforeseen part that was needed -- he was direct about the mishap with the broken part and the shop took care of it. Since that threw off timing to pick up the car with a trip, he was super amicable about letting me keep the car there until I was back in town.In the end, Mike is friendly and professional, quite personable, and I can absolutely recommend taking your European car here without hesitation.”

“This place is honestly amazing, not only were they open on a Sunday when most places are closed, but they have really good prices. I got all 4 tires changed for 663, when most places charge you up to a thousand for good tires. They were super friendly and it took then less then 20 minutes to change all 4 tires. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, you should definitely call in advance to check if they have your tire, I only say that because sometimes they might not have it, but this place is truly amazing. If you want a fast and easily affordable price for your tires I promise this is the best place to go!!”

“Husband has been working on his F-150 for a week. There was a problem with his brake lights/ blinkers. Replaced all the bulbs. Fuses, wiring harness, all the usual suspects. We finally asked for a referral on one of my Facebook groups and he was suggested. Dropped it off Tuesday night and it was fixed Wednesday afternoon! He was able to find a bad wire coming out of the fuse box. He was awesome! I will be taking me second vehicle in soon to have that one fixed up. Highly knowledgeable and highly recommended!”

“I had a very dumb moment and accidentally dumped 2 pitchers of juice inside the back of my new electric car. I tried wiping and wet vacuuming it myself for a week. I left an open box of baking soda while we left for a trip. When we came home, my kid described the smell as “fruit yogurt fish”. I took it to Henry’s and he opened up parts of the car I didn’t know could be opened. He only charged the interior detailing package even though it was a labor intensive, stinky process. He and his team got it all! I’ve waited a few days to be sure, but the smell hasn’t returned! I would recommend this place to anyone. They are miracle workers!”
