  Selena the girl at lush was such a big help as well as every other employee in the store being very sweet and kind we ended up having a miscommunication about the time for a free event that lush does and instead of saying oh sorry we can't do anything for you they proceeded to help us and still we had a great time and they gave us the items that they told us they were We had a blast lush also does birthday parties thinking about doing mine here with all the great customer service I received 😇👍 10 out of 10

  I had a 10/10 experience! The employee that helped me was Charissa! She helped every step of the way! She was so sweet and friendly. She also knew what she was talking about! Which made it very easy to pick out what I needed! Chrarissa was helping me with a Christmas present. Now she was not only helpful and sweet but she knew how to wrap my gift perfectly! If you go to this location I highly suggest talking with her for any help!

  Least unhelpful employees in the world.
  Just walking around and uninterested to answer any questions. I had a bunch of things and ready to check out but just left it on the table and left after this lady just walked away to never come back after I asked about face masks

  packaged my online order and went above and beyond to make sure i had an item that i had purchased online that had also sold out. They reached out to me personally to make sure I was properly informed and I thought that was really cool and thoughtful!! I want to come here and give them five stars because just from that interaction I can tell that this place goes above and beyond for their customers and I am grateful for that!

  I had my birthday party at the Alderwood Mall Lush after closing, and Carissa and Zoe were absolutely amazing hosts! They were so fun, energetic, and welcoming from start to finish, and really tailored the whole experience to us (late 20s/early 30s group). They went above and beyond—being super generous and informative with the products, letting us pick the music, and making the whole vibe feel relaxed, cool, and special. My friends and I kept saying how awesome they were after the party; they turned what could’ve just been a fun outing into one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Carissa and Zoe!

  We did a birthday lush after party at the Alderwood mall and Carissa and Zoe were so wonderful! They had such great attitudes and excitement in showing us how to make cleansers and apply products properly. The whole experience was super fun and can’t thank Carissa and Zoe enough for making it such a memorable birthday experience.

  I had the BEST experience at Lush in Alderwood Mall thanks to Bryant! From the moment I walked in, he was so warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and introduced me to products that fit my needs perfectly. His energy was contagious, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. I left the store feeling pampered, educated, and excited to use everything I bought. Bryant truly made my day—Lush is lucky to have him!
