Not very size inclusive and whole store is affected by strong orders from the perfume department which makes it hard to shop for those who are sensitive to smells and/or chemicals in perfume

I went to Macys this last Saturday to look at shoes and could not believe the lack of customer service. I approached 2 separate employees in the shoe section that were just wondering around aimlessly not asking anyone if they needed assistance and when I did they both acted like I was bothering them. It was unreal. I've been a customer of Macys for over 30 years but haven't been in for awhile and was completely dumbfounded. This is a customer service position, is that not specified when hiring. Both of these ladies were young and extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I would have taken down their names so I could have let the manager know.

We were able to get everything we needed. When trying on the shoes I was surprised didn't have it properly manned and no shoehorn available to try on the shoes. We finally did get help from one of the sales ladies.
