“Swanson's is the best place to go for retail therapy. Just make sure you set a budget for yourself before you go because it is extremely easy to overspend on all the wonderful options. Between the beautiful garden cafe, the gift shop, the huge selection, it's not for the faint of heart. Visitor beware, it's like a garden wonderland.”

Bob assessed the damage, quoted parts cost and said it would be done 2 days after the parts arrived. It snowed and the parts arrived a few days later than expected. My saw was Stihl ready for pickup a week after I dropped it off.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop.”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”
“Service was exemplary. I was greeted immediate and directed to an aisle where I could find needed materials. Once there and a little lost, I was rescued by another associate. Both were knowledgeable in both what I was working on as well as the store product that would best fit my needs. “Wow!! Today was the best service I have ever received at this location. We have been shopping here for 5 years and today we had a whole experience! We went for 40 cinder blocks, 6 bags of pea gravel and 8 bags of soil. We expected to load it all ourselves but Omar and Emanuel offered to help when they saw us coming back with empty flat beds.
