Tried to exchange a never worn pair of jeans for another pair with a different cut. Same price. Wouldn't do it because over 30 days. The ones i was returning were the still in stock in the store... Not seasonal or anything.
Guess a simple exchange is worth a long time customer.

It took twice as long to buy my stuff!!!! I guess they thought it was a great idea to have someone work the cash register with almost no dexterity in their hands and forcing me to patiently wait and then fold and bag my own clothes… I did not sign up for that!

I am surprised how much Old Navy has changed. From being a cheap garment with bunch of hoodies and T shirts to improved quality and style. Staff (Mia) was very helpful, and able to get me in and out in fast paced with friendly service.

Pretty typical Old Navy experience. Limited, but polite interactions with the employees.Clothes are of decent quality for the price. I do wish they carried their tall sizes in store, but since they don't, I do most of my shopping online.I tend to notice that they shrink more than other brands, but since most of what I buy here is for my still growing kid, I'm not too worried about it. Just buy a bit bigger to account for the shrinking.Parking can be a pain as the lanes are small and the spots tight. Also, given the proximity to the mall and the general driving ability of the people that go there, it is expected to be an adventure.

This store is usually well stocked with new arrivals, good variety, and has a generous clearance section. There is a decent amount of parking as well.

Growing up, as a teenager and into my 20s, the Old Navy in Lynnwood was one of the stores I enjoyed for clothes and flip flops shopping. The store was typically well stocked and clothes were logically sectioned. While not all of the clothes fit my physique, I could typically find something for each part of a full outfit. Prices were great to excellent and the sales were spot on. The parking lot was large and shared and not too busy depending on the day/time of day. Inside the store, the merchandise tended to be tidy and handled a larger number of shoppers well. Lines at check out could be longer on bigger shopping days such as Black Friday. Even on non holidays, there have been shorter lines. The line wait time depended a bit on how much/what each customer was purchasing.
