Certain staff members are not very welcoming imo especially the short haired blonde with face piercings. I would expect a “hello, welcome in” from someone who wants to take care of my pet rather then being instructed to follow vocal commands not written and posted in a new entry area rather than the new exit holding area. What happened to customer service? It’s evident that this particular employee didn’t care about retaining or returning customers. I will not be back.

What a terrific location, anytime I shop here the friendly, caring vibe is warm and sincere. The entire team is helpful and on top of their game.
Manager (Trey) carries a strong sense of empathy, and you can tell he's taking the time to not just hear you, but genuinely gives you his attention even when interrupted. It's a remarkable example of how corporate culture is dictated from the top down.
I'm sure there are other outstanding stores as this one but I'm happy to go out of my way a little bit just to bring them my business in exchange for a restored sense of faith in humanity, right smack in the middle of Lynnwood, of all places!
Shop smart, shop Pet Smart!

Associates are so friendly and helpful. I was approached when I looked confused. I was not ignored. Employee did not walk away to do his job. I appreciate the personal customer service.

Terrible customer service. Zero sense of urgency with growing customer line. I have never been treated so ill in my life as I did when I went to this PetSmart.

The store has been under employed for years, and the employee that they do have ren't even worth it minimum wage... Petsmart should literally just close this store.

Creepiest workers ive ever met by far.
They have 2 really big and smelly workers who creep up on women. One of them wont stop following me and my wife and the other wont keep personal space.
Neither of these 2 know how to wash themselves. If you dont go near them, the smell of rodent feces will mostly cover up thier stench.
Also, the manager seems over agressive. He yells at his workers about simple matters like stacking cans.
Overall, please be wary of some of the male employees, lest you want to get assaulted.

My family and I have been going to this Pet Smart for years and they do a great job!! Very friendly and knowledgeable employees who are always happy to help us if we have questions.

They have prescription dog food and a well organized store! Associates were super helpful.

This is just sad. If I could give a negative 1 star I would. This is why you have to be cautious when getting fish from big box stores, these fish are sick theres literally dead goldfish stuck to ALL the filters in both goldfish tanks with fin rot & fish ick. I would definitely get your goldfish someplace else.

We took our cat for a spa day, but unfortunately she wants having it. The grommet though was super nice and patient and tried everything to calm her down.
