Was shopping in the store and when I told the sales person I was going to think about it before I placed the order at that moment, she didn't say anything, and gave me a rude look. Not the best experience.

This location is awful! There wasn’t anyone in there, and they completely ignored me. And when you ask a question they act like you are bothering them. I will spend an extras 20 minutes to go to Bellevue or U Village all day long. I have shopped at PB for years. And it never changes- rude staff!!!!

All the furniture looks Beautiful and rustic and farmhouse collection but actually they are not very smooth with their channels , drawers etc as a furniture should be . It feels like I am getting rigged ..
