“Large selection of chairs and love seats. We purchased a chair, a love seat along with an area rug. We had a consultation come to the house who helped us decide what to get and how to arrange the items that we purchased. Clyde was very helpful and patient. Our sales person helped us select fabric and the color. Shahram Shirazi fixed a minor glitch with our purchase. Both consultant and sales people are excellent. We highly recommend them to anyone coming in to the Lazy Boy store. We will look for them next time we need furniture. Stan Westover”

I ended up returning the spring and getting the sleep number and Kevin made it so easy and communicated very well and made the experience pleasant.”
“I sat on my 7 yr old EA leather couch with a putty knife in my back pocket which cut through the upholstery. EA had the complete record of my purchase and was able to match the color of the replacement cushion almost perfectly. Was it an expensive mistake on my part? Yes it was, but EA was able to get my couch back to perfect condition again and that’s the important thing. It did take them about 3 months though.”

“John was great during the sales process. He explained the pitfalls of my old mattress and was very patient as I checked ALL the showroom pieces. I settled on the best feel, then we worked out the price with discounts, delivery options and credits.
Delivery was smooth and on time. The crew got the old items out and put in the new adjustable base. We measured just the height I wanted, the mattress was moved in, and off they went, cleaning up after themselves.
As an older person, the adjustable base makes a huge difference now, and in the future.”
