Mattress is due in a couple of days and here is the only negative I've encountered so far. They hire a 3rd party to do the delivery, so you don't know who's going to be showing up at your door. Is that person vetted, non-smoking, etc. So far it has been a good experience and I'm going to expect more of the same. Will update if it does not.”
“I was helped by a wonderful woman named Mckenna. She was very friendly and helpful and had a thorough knowledge of her inventory and design. She very quickly helped me find something that was just what I wanted and then showed me some lovely pieces for my future needs. The store does feel a bit on the full side in places, but very quickly you start to notice the interesting pieces in their collection and fun little things they put in around the store. I myself was completely fooled by a fake spilt beer on a table. I would highly recommend Anna furniture and to be helped by McKenna.”
“I'm writing this review for an exceptional man. His name is Michael. He has worked for Rich's for 19 plus years. He is one of the kindest men I have ever met. I was having issues with my pellet stove and Michael was sent to my home to do the repairs. This man went to work immediately and with in minutes he knew what the problem was and he ordered a part and was back at my home early the next morning. Unfortunately, a couple of days later there was another issue. It was early morning and it was bitter cold outside, with no other source of heat I panicked and I called Michael not realizing it was only 7 am on a Sunday. Michael had given me his personal phone number just in case I had any other problems with my pellet stove. I'm a single 75 year old disabled female. He called me shortly afterward and he was at my home 30 minutes later. He has a very supportive loving wife who allowed him to jump out of bed and come to my rescue. He was unable to fix the stove because he had no way to get the part on a Sunday. Michael was very upset and concerned that I had no heat. The following morning when he got to work he convinced his boss John to replace my stove with a brand new one. It takes a very special person to go out on a limb for someone he doesn't know. Ten thumbs up Michael. you deserve the man of the year award along with your precious wife.”
“The World Market in Lynnwood at/by Alderwood Mall was one of the places my family and I enjoyed visiting to look for fun room decorations and miscellaneous snacks when I was growing up. It was a little further from the house, so our visits tended to be on days we needed to make more than one stop. However, depending on what we were looking for/through, our visits could be on the longer side.Inventory could cycle relatively quickly compared to some stores with a similar style, so it was fun to come and see what was new and what was still on the shelves. It was a place where my sister and I learned that if we wanted something, we might want to get it because what it was might not be in stock the next time we came by.Lines at check out were typically quick and parking relatively easy to find, though there have been occasions when circling has been necessary. My mom and I continue to come to this location on occasion when looking for presents.”

Came back to Hayek's and weren't disappointed. They still have very high-quality products and great customer service. We fell in love with a love seat that reclines with 3 different points of adjustment - leggs, lumbar, and head. Well made, so comfortable. Delivered in just a couple of months as estimated. Staff all are knowledgeable about the product and good to work with. Highly recommended!”

I was looking to view a particular piece of furniture before I purchased it and wanted to come in and look at it.
