“William (either the owner or the manager) of this facility was extremely professional and the customer service was down right awesome. Called the day before to let us know that the 26’ truck wasn’t available due to the previous renter keeping it longer than reserved. Went out of his way to call several stores to see if it was available and none were. He gave us the option of the 20’ (which we took because we needed to move out). He even gave us a $50 discount for the inconvenience. Our drop off time was an hour before closing and he called and said it was ok if we wanted to keep the truck overnight and not have to rush if we wanted for no extra fees since no one else needed our truck. What a great place to rent, if and when we need another uhaul I will be sure to bring my business there! Absolutely the best! Cheers!!”

“Recently picked up a truck for a quick move a few heavy stuffs. Book in advance- that's important. My pick up time was at 9am, right when they open. The truck was ready. Easy paperwork and I was out in less than 10 mins. They charge $0.99 per mile on top of the rent. The service was just great. Very friendly staffs. They will explain the policies, process and what to be done while returning. Just one sign - that's all you need; rest is online. Quite a great experience. Recommended this place.”

The app literally does everything for you, just click the camera button a couple times and drop the key into the overnight drop box. Great location too!”
