Jacob and Craig were very helpful by giving us a new-member 75% off deal, a Starbucks gift card, free insurance, and a free lock!!! Jacob also gave us a tour of many units before we chose our favorite! The units are clean, well-lit, secure, and first-floor drive ups, which is so helpful for moving heavy items.
