“We haven’t moved our items yet but what we’ve seen and experienced upon checking where our unit was, I can assure anyone that this place is the most safe and secure to place your belongings. I like the fact that it has both ground and above ground with climate control for the units inside. It has convenient elevators to get to the top floors and also has dollies and carts to move your items into your unit. The monthly cost isn’t too bad and I’m happy that we’ve chosen Public Storage. Can I mention that it also has security guards in the parking lot? The hours are very convenient if one needs to get something out or in to the storage unit. Definitely recommend this place to family and friends, and to whoever wants a safe, reliable and affordable place to store your stuff. Thank you”

“Very clean, well run location that uses an excellent mobile app for access key and account management. Chill location, rented for a year and never encountered a day when I couldn’t park in loading dock.also, my unit was on 3rd floor and somehow stayed fairly room-temperature on hottest days. They have heater for wintertime. Would rent here again. Reachable onsite staff when needed but I never really needed them.”
“We had a great experience at this Public Storage. Mike, the office manager, was very helpful, friendly, and transparent about all the costs involved with the rental.
While the property isn’t brand new, it feels secure and well-managed. The customer service really stood out, and I would definitely recommend this location.”

“I rented there about a month ago and did so after reading some pretty bad reviews mixed with some good reviews as well. I went in and planned on making my decision depending on the person working the front desk because alot of the negative reviews were directed at the employees working the front desk. The person that I dealt with was VERY pleasant and accommodating and it was overall a good experience. So as of right now,I give them 4 stars only because the answering service that takes calls for them is not a good one. Both times I called I was greeted with an attitude. The one lady was soo rude,she acted like it was putting her out to take a message!! I mean you would have thought I asked her to move heaven & earth. You could hear the disdain in her every move on the other end of line. All she had to do was take down a message!!”
