“I usually enjoy coming to this location whenever I drop off return packages from Amazon. However today as I was dropping off items, not the usual QR code but barcode showed up. So I asked one of the employees, and she kindly told me to send the receipt to the UPS email, which I did. And as she printed it out she charged me $3.14 for her service. $3.14 is not much to be honest but I think if she was going to charge it, she should have told me that there are two options where I can print it myself at home and bring the package (which I usually do it myself) or an option where she prints the label and charges me. She was kind that I did not want to cause troubles, but it was quite unprofessional how they handled the situation.
As i said i usually have a wonderful experience, but just asking simple question to a customer before charging them would be great.”
“I love this store! I had a first time return to do and had a lot of anxiety about it. I didn't know how to print or send the shipping label. The associate was more than helpful. She explained it step by step for me. She went above and beyond & was very friendly / patient. I would do business here again for sure. It was fairly quick too”

I went to this office twice, with my little 6 month old baby, to send some documents from my husband that were really urgent and on both occasions he understood my needs very well and attended to them in a way that deserves much more than 5 stars. It seems that everyone is kind there, except for a few, but yes, very happy and I would always recommend going to this store and if possible being served by him. I hope it continues like this.
