“I love this place. Super fast. And the people are 9 times out of 10 helpful. Only once did I have an employee force me to use the kiosk when there was no one else in line. Most of the time they are friendly and know its going to be fast and why not be kind to a customer?
The star removal is because its a dangerous parking lot. Like, no signage, no paint directions, people whipping in and out to go to the bank or fedex or Costco. They should really paint some directions and add signs and make sure the trucks are parked where they do not block the view of people getting out.”

“Staff here are super efficient and friendly. Amazon returns are a breeze here and I almost always get my refund within a day. Be sure to use the handy self-service kiosk for easy drop offs when there's a line and you don't want to wait!
As of September 2026, packaging prices:
Poly mailers: $2-$3.50
Tuck top boxes: $2.50-$6
Packaging tape with dispenser: $4.89
Fiberboard mailers: $2.19-$3.50
They also sell mattress bags from twin to king size, though I didn't get a photo of the price.”
“Dockside mail is repeatedly a lifesaver for me! Personable, smart staff. Reliable services and communications. Various convenient mailbox options with scanning/forwarding available. This is a great home base for mail, etc., especially while traveling. I’d trust them with anything!”

“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”
“They are excellent for quick drop off or quick mailing. They also sell stemps, envelopes, boxes and supplies. They provide Excellent customer service every time.”

I recently went for my passport photo, and Mr. Santosh was very helpful and prompt. Similarly, sending and returning packages have been very smooth from this location. “I had a great experience at Mailboxes N More today. I came in with 35 return packages for UPS and FedEx, and the gentleman working there was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to help me match all my labels correctly to the right packages.
Without his help, I could have easily mixed up the labels and lost a lot of money. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

“I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly.
Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend.
This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well.
The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”

I didn’t even ask them to correctly print up complicated little name table tents, and guest lists immediately..they just did it. On the spot. No mistakes. Great prices. “Came in right before closing on a Sunday and the guy at the desk still had a welcoming attitude and helped me with my return. Sitting outside the store while on the phone and a lady approached a solid 7-8 minutes after they’d locked up. The same guy came to the door, unlocked it, and shortly after the lady left with her packages.”
