We walked into FedEx about 30 minutes before closing with a school project that was… not simple. I had already accepted that we’d have to come back the next day. My daughter was stressed, worried about missing her deadline, and honestly on the verge of panic.

What happened next felt like watching a master at work. He took a somewhat complicated, last-minute request and handled it with calm, confidence, and incredible efficiency. Not only did he get everything done before closing, but he also made smart recommendations that actually saved us money.

“Kevin was the nicest person ever! Printing is always stressful and more last minute than you want it to be so you know it was a great experience when you walk out of a print shop thinking about it being the nicest human interaction you've had in a while! I brought in a design for something I made that needed to be printed in a specific way. “I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly.
Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend.
This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well.
The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”

“The best virtual mail service I’ve ever used — hands down. Great location, competitive pricing, and Mr Scott had amazing customer service. He respond quickly and he’s always helpful.
Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare. I’ve done everything from notaries, printing random documents and signage, badge laminating, receiving packages, and most recently packing trading cards to be graded. And every time I felt like the employees cared and took the time for each project. I cannot recommend this place enough. Highly recommend!”
