U.S. Bank is among the most disappointing banking institutions I have encountered, and your customer service is notably unhelpful and regrettable. Particularly at this location, customers are often treated unfairly.

Quick and easy services but they got rid of the drive through recently so it was even faster before. Associates are nice and get the job done.

If you need to do anything besides get cash or make a deposit do yourself a favor and just drive to the Edmonds branch they've literally never been able to help me with anything else at this location.
