“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alderwood Companion Veterinarian Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They treated both us and our pet with so much kindness and compassion, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The veterinarians were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. It was clear that they truly care about the health and well-being of every animal that comes through their doors. The hospital itself was clean, organized, and had such a calm and comforting atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in providing excellent care and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. It’s hard to find a veterinary team you trust completely, but Alderwood Companion Veterinarian Hospital whas absolutely earned that trust. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and outstanding veterinary care. They go above and beyond, and we are so grateful for everything they have done for us.”

“Fast service and great care. I've taken my cats and dogs here throughout the years. Everything from checkups to end of life visits. Professional caring people.”

“I was looking for a holistic vet. I am quite impressed with the service, their sensitivity to costs, the caring displayed by each staff member and by the treatment recommendations. Dr Steve offered my kitty a towel to cover him during the entire visit. My other Kitty suffers from extreme anxiety and she was offered a sedative to be given before the visit. I have never had a vet that has this combination of TLC/holistic expertise.”

“Another excellent experience with Dr. McLaughlin and the veterinarian team at Northpointe. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technicians really handled our cat with care. The appointment consisted of an annual checkup, with blood draw (SDMA, TT4, CBC) and parasite (worm) fecal test. The results were delivered quickly and all points explained. Our normally high strung pet even showed low stress with Dr. McLaughlin, who supplied our pet a delicious treat and explained necessary aftercare to ensure our pet's best interest and quality of life. All in all...it was a very nice visit and I highly recommend Northpointe to anyone.”

“The people at Martha lake vet clinic were willing to work with me when it comes to Rocko. And that is what I appreciate, so much. I called other places and they were not willing to work with me.”

“Dr Le was awesome, taking the time to discuss our rescue pups allergy issues and helped us formulate a treatment plan. Gus on the other hand, was more than happy to leave.”

“Dr. Jennifer Chan at Veterinary Specialty Center provided exceptional care for our sweet Allie. Her compassion, experience, and thorough examination of Allie’s endoscopy findings meant so much to us. Even though she was incredibly busy, she returned both my husband’s and my phone calls and took the time to explain everything with genuine concern for Allie. When I started crying, she even offered me a tissue. We ultimately had to say goodbye to our beloved girl, but I will always be grateful for Dr. Chan’s kindness, professionalism, and compassion during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you, Dr. Chan, for caring so deeply for Allie and our family.”

“They have taken excellent care of my dog for the last 10 years! The staff is really nice and helpful. It’s easy to get an appointment. We just saw Dr Choi for the first time recently and it was the best experience possible for my pup who is very scared of going to the vet. All of the vets have been amazing but Dr Choi was a dog whisper for my anxious dog. I moved away from Lynnwood to Seattle but I still come here for the amazing care and customer service.”

“I've had my pets with Banfield for years, but I have to say this is the best location in this area by far. From the front desk, vet techs, to the Doctors they are all so great and caring. Dr. Ovi in particular has really made handling my dogs different ailments so much easier and she truly cares. Jenell, Soren, Chris, and Venus have also been so great to just name a few of the helpful workers. Everyone is fantastic! Highly recommend.”

“good people that obviously love their jobs, from the check in greeting to the presentation of your animal after his vaccinations were done(even though he showed his obvious distaste for the whole process, grumpy old man), they still gave him a goodbye scritch !”
