When he was diagnosed with late stage hemangiosarcoma found in his heart, which meant it had likely entered his blood stream. Where an emergency clinic told us treatment was not worth it and we likely had a week max left with our boy, we sought a second opinion with you all and got an amazing 6 more months of an amazing quality time with our boy. You were able to provide a range of treatment options and everyone in your staff was so wonderful along the way. I was brought to tears when we picked him up from his last chemo session and you had gotten your staff to sign a bandana with congratulations. Thank you for the work you do!!!”

“Chris and his assistant take care of our cat Bubba's needs: nail trims, two tooth extractions, neutered him...I didn't mention Bubba was rescued from the harsh streets of Aurora Ave N and roughly 125th/130th. Bubba has street smarts and can lure anyone in with his adorable charm. And Bubba can turn on you with the drop of a dime, swiping your face to only narrowly missing your eye. Bubba is our very own Jekyl and Hyde - but not when he visits Chris at Fifth Avenue Animal Hospital. Something changes in Bubba, turning him into the cutest, sweetest, most calm little kitten around. I don't know any other veterinarian who can tame such a wild beast. We're sticking with this place.”

Luna has fear based anxiety and Dr. Fry has always taken her time and ensures Luna doesn’t feel threatened to make it as easy of a process as possible.
