The big thing for me is the wonderful staff. They're very friendly and they understand that when you're there you're having most likely a difficult time. They've always treated me wonderfully. I think that is a testament to the organization taking care of their employees and creating a happy environment.

My pittie suddenly lost function of rear legs. The MRI and possible outcome was bleak. The surgery was risky. The staff are wonderful and kept me in the loop. Gus is home recovering and his legs are responding. I am so grateful!
