Walgreens is a convenient place to shop for prescriptions, health and beauty products, makeup, candy, alcohol, stationery, snacks, vitamins, canes and walker accessories, hair products, and cold beverages. It is a great place for pharmacy services with drive-thru windows. The location is no longer open 24 hours, which has resulted in a lot less foot traffic and illegal activities. Customers report good experiences and love the BOGO sales. The pharmacy hours are Monday through Sunday from 8am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 10pm. Some processes, such as prescription fulfillment and shot appointments, can experience delays and inefficiencies. Computer systems sometimes cause issues, leading to longer than average wait times for prescriptions even when initiated in advance. At the shot window, the absence of a bell can cause confusion. While staff can sometimes seem less than friendly or annoyed, many customers acknowledge the challenging environment. Workers manage pharmacy duties, assist in cosmetics and at the photo counter, and police foot traffic. They deal with difficult computer systems, insurance complexities, and irritable people daily. Despite these pressures, many staff members are troopers who provide excellent and patient service, such as pharmacists who give perfect shots and photo department employees who offer outstanding, dedicated help to print documents. The store has everything you need, but bathroom access is restricted, especially later in the evening, for security reasons. Overall, it is a great convenient place to shop.

My wife was recently in the Walgreens Pharmacy and had a great experience. Sheila and Nick were both very helpful and helped get her the medication she needed in a timely manner. We couldn’t ask for better treatment. Thank you to both of them for their care and attention.

So understaffed that the wait in the drive thru is usually at least 10 minutes, even if there's only one car in front of me. I feel so bad for the pharmacy workers. I'm surprised they haven't all gone to work somewhere that actually appreciates them.
