I had called eddy right after getting quoted from Sunnyside c speck explained to him exactly what the truck was doing & what kind of model and year the truck was . He knew right off the bat what it was he told me to drop the truck off on a Thursday night , truck was ready Friday afternoon with the problems fixed ended up being some connectors that were going out . I would recommend absolutely everyone to this shop . The guy is super knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Prices are very very affordable!

“The-woman-who-lets-me-live-with-her (thanks Mike) and I got a flat on the way home from tacos in Toppenish (q.v.) to the extent that when we stopped to run an errand, the hissing sound was extreme (audible inside with the windows up) as air rushed out of the tire.Now this happened on a Sunday, universally understood as the worst day to get a flat as nobody is open to help and even our insurance wanted to tow the car somewhere for it to be fixed the next day.Since they are new, run-flat, and that towing option seemed like a hassle, she just extended her stay in Sunnyside for a day and resolved to pump some air into the tire, run it down to the nearest place that could repair/replace it, then come home.Thank GOD Commercial Tire was the closest place.Despite being behind a large municipal construction project which block direct street access, the folks at Commercial Tire were in good spirits and everyone greeted her, and was solicitous of her situation. They took the car back and took a look at the tire. Turns out it was a big screw. We were prepared to replace at least two of the tires but the people at Commercial Tire repaired the tire, brought the car around, and then wished my wife a happy day. No charge.It is rare enough these days to have a business so completely committed to excellent customer service, but to have the grace to just lend a hand to someone having a bad day, that's a great business and worthy of your consideration.”
“The mechanics went above and beyond when doing an oil change for my Jeep. I had a leaking power steering pump and they spent at least 20mins tightening up hose clamps and looking it over to see if it may be an easy fix, for no additional charge. My aunt has been going here for years and they are always helpful and fairly priced.”

“We did a parlor remodel at our dairy in Mattawa. I milk 2500 cows that need to be milked a minimum of twice a day so down time is not an option but my equipment was 20 years old and hasn’t taken a day off since then. Chris came out said his guys would be there at 6am. To tear out the old and install the new. They showed up at 5 am. We had 15 of his guys. They all were vey profesional and wore safety jackets, hard hats and safety glasses. The project manager had studied the plans days before and had the over 1000 pieces sorted and prepped to install. His guys put everything together perfectly right. Nothing was put together out of place or jimmy rigged together. We were back running before schedule. The bill was a third what I expected and what I was willing to pay for a job that big and the importance it was to me. Great company and great people work there, they take great pride in their work.”

“Very very good work. I bought my own parts which were the serpentine belt, tensioner, timing belt and water pump. The mechanic would call me if something went wrong and it did. The water pump I bought was no good. However, he had a water pump for my car. He gave us the quote plus the water pump and stuck to his word. The timing was amazing. He had it done the next day. Great service. 5 stars.”

“Excellent care, and above and beyond service. Can’t thank them enough! Mike and his fellow employees stayed late on a Friday evening to help us replace a blown tire on our trailer. They were willing to come to us to replace the tire on the side of the highway, and stay open late for us to replace the spare as well. All this on a Friday evening (July 5th, so basically a holiday as well).”
