“The gentleman clerk at the front counter is so courteous and kind and has always been so helpful whenever I go. It's such a privilege in the modern day to send and receive anything we could ever wish for straight to our house. It seems like this post office is always overworked and understaffed; give them some patience, they're doing their best! My packages always arrive at their destination a day before the estimate, and all of my questions are always answered. Thanks post office!”

“I’ve had really wonderful experiences here and I’ve been worked with very diligently to get packages to my address despite issues with name changes and my apartment complex being a bit weird. I’ve had a pick up a few at post office because of this but we got it worked out! Wonderful, respectful, and efficient staff every time I’m in. They also pick up from my workplace and we love joking and chatting up our mailperson! (There is one lady who fills in from time to time for pick ups who’s like such a !$@?* but it’s just an inside joke between me and coworkers at this point lol)”
“Our mail carrier always handles our mail with care. When we moved back to the area earlier in the year the post office staff were really helpful in getting our new mailbox keys to me (personally brought them to my home) because I was on a time crunch during a military move and they really saved the day. Thank you for great service all year long.”
“I really like this Post OFFICE for a variety of reasons. I’m not rating mail delivery, which is a whole different animal, but the post office itself. There is plenty of parking at all times. There is a drive-through mailbox if you don’t want to go into the post office and want to drop off cards, etc. The staff have always been very nice and the facility extremely clean. And the people there that are waiting in line with me, if there is a line, have always been very pleasant as well.”

“This lovely little post office is the best one in the world. The staff is all FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Waiting time is usually less, even id there is a long line becasue of the efficient service. I have been using this for many, many years. We are so lucky to have this postoffice in Rollingbay! Thank you to the staff!!”
