Doesn’t honor their own contract. Verbally adds additional terms. Poorly trained staff who don’t follow protocol set by owner/boss. Forgets to add account to system. Can’t remove from system over phone or in person. Nobody should give money to these clowns.

They owed me a free car wash, and just because the manager that gave it to me no longer worked there, they wouldn’t honor the wash. The reason for the free wash was because I had to go through twice to get my car clean. Asked the wash guys to spray bugs twice. They didn’t either time so hence, free wash. Now, current manager standing out there smoking her cigarettes behind the dumpster refusing to give my free wash. After 14 years and $18 washes. Ridiculous.
Inaccurate response by owner. The reason I was given was because Adam was giving away too many washes therefore I did not receive my wash. The reason still remains. Bad job first two washes that resulted in a free wash that Elephant refuses to honor now.

This place used to be great. But not anymore, these kids are standing out front with a tip bucket and if you don’t put anything in it they don’t do their job. I don’t tip before service. And it doesn’t matter if you get the $14 wash or the $20 wash. It’s the same thing. If your employees are not going to do their job replace them with someone that will. Went to brown bear last week and my truck was clean!!!! I live in black Diamond

Loyal customer, services for oil change w/ coupon for free car wash have always been great. Until today, as a busy working mom, I was not able to get my car wash the same day. I held onto my code until I was able to. In the past, I was able to use codes months out, with tech assistance, not today. They apparently expire, but no info shown on receipt that it would expire. Today, they would not honor their coupon. Bummer for both of us.

The dryer leaves way too much water on the car at the end. But the employees do a good job at the front. I recommend the one in maple valley the brushless one in covington was a waste of money had to go rewash it again immediately afterwards.

Carl did more than a great job. I had a bunch of small rocks from a old sandbag that broke awhile ago that were glued down in the bed of my truck and he took the time to wash it all out. I swept it before I went, but it was still a mess. He was covered in muddy rocks and sand by the end and still had a great attitude. I wish I could’ve tipped more but I gave him what I had. 11/10 would recommend. Always great service here.
If your carls boss, give the guy a raise he’s definitely earned it. Hayden was also great btw.

Went through and probably had the best car wash of any drive thru. Carl and Hayden took an extra quick minute to clean off some of the debris to ensure my truck was clean and shiny.
