“Tahoma Athletic Club is a great place to come workout at. There are all types of machines, weights, yoga mats & balls to use and extra space to use them. Their classes are fun to go to. And if you do a hardcore workout I would suggest to book an Infrared Sauna session, that’s incredibly soothing. It’s always very clean and most importantly the Staff & Trainers are all super nice, welcoming & very personable.”

“Joined several years ago for the Les Mills body pump classes. I was told I needed a knee replacement and losing weight plus strengthening my legs would aid in recovery. I've done the class before and knew it was good for a total body strengthening. The instructors are wonderful! They are willing to help before and after class and give reminders during them about proper form. The cycle class has also helped my knees as I need to keep things low impact. Dave keeps it fun with great music and challenging workouts. The other classes are great as well. Something for everybody and every fitness level. The equipment on the floor is also available which is nice on days when a class doesn't fit in the schedule. The staff is made up of really helpful, wonderful people who are ready to answer questions and help make working out enjoyable.”
