I REALLY appreciate the staff at Maple Valley Orange Theory who make accommodations for age (I'm 68), injuries (multiple), or surgery (total knee replacement.) This level of kindness makes it possible for me to return and to stay healthy. Not all gyms or coaches do this...so THANK YOU!
