“Good place, good returns. The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes when I return a package at the USPS, the person who accepts it tells me to buy tape from them to seal my package. So I'm in a hurry, go out of line, buy tape, then unpack my tape, tape it myself, and then go back to the line. However, another person takes the tape they have there and tapes it themselves in just a few seconds. I've had to buy tape a couple of times, even though I have it at home and don't need it. So please change that at all your USPS offices because it's different in different locations, and it depends on who serves me.”

“Super easy Passport process. The door and doorbell system are a little odd but I get they need to have privacy. The office is a back hall situation, kind of hilarious. Appointment started on time and ended on time if not early. Tina was helpful and sweet. Christina? (I wasn't super close to the counter to read the nametag fully) was knowledgable and explained things clearly for me and everyone I overheard her helping in line.”
