Moved away last week and I wish I can come back to this pharmacy!!! This is probably one of the best pharmacy I've ever been to.I always check the app on whether my medication are ready to pick up, including my auto refills. The meds are often ready a day or two before the auto refill date!Staff were always sweet and know what they're doing. The waiting queue can be from 5-15 minutes, depending on the time of day when you visit.Sometimes when I need a specific medication before my refill date, I just call in to let them know, and bam, they would have it ready on the same day, or not the next!They did hire a few new staff recently, which are slower than the experienced ones. They are also not as nice and passionate as the experienced ones. Though, the old staff deserves the 5 stars!

Regrettably, I have to concur with the majority of reviews here. It seems that no matter when I visit, a long queue awaits me. What’s astonishing is witnessing four staff members filling prescriptions, yet only one individual available to assist customers at the counter. Too often I’ve been told my prescription isn’t ready, leaving me to aimlessly wander the aisles for nearly half an hour. “My manager needs to override, after paying for the prescription. Ten minutes later, can the manager override the prescription? SHES IS GIVING A VACCINE!”This pharmacy’s operational approach is puzzling at best. It’s high time for some organizational improvements.

By far the most unprofessional pharmacists and staff I have ever dealt with. I am a RN of almost 20 years and I was lied to multiple times in one day by multiple staff members. I would highly recommend not ever going to this pharmacy.

I have never seen such a pharmacy with irresponsible staff. I called in to submit refill for one of the medication five (5) days back and still no response whether it’s been filled. I called in to check on the status and it seems they haven’t ordered the medication yet even after five (5) days and they said to call back after two (2) days to check on the status. I called back and no one picked up the phone during pharmacy business hours. This pharmacy needs real help!!! District and regional managers' need to really pay attention on customer needs. This pharmacy has gone downhill and need new management and additional competent staff to handle pharmacy needs of customers. Never seen such poor customer service ever in my life of pharmacy professionals. I wish I could give zero (0) stars to a few team members at this pharmacy.

Wish I could give zero stars, have never had a script ready for pickup when I show up, estimated wait times are garbage…30 minutes can easily turn into 1.5 hours

Really bad, and getting worse. We've given them our family of 4 prescriptions for over 12 years, and they have become the worst ever. Slow as molasses. We start our search now for another pharmacy in Maple Valley.

This pharmacy is a long wait time.When a doctor send them a prescription you should call to the pharmacy multiple times and remind them did you get it.......When they confirm that they get it. They will tell you it takes minimum one hour to get ready only for one prescription after one hour when you there it's still not ready ?you should wait there another 30 minutes to get it. That is super inconvenient.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. I wasn't notified that there were insurance issues for a prescription until I called several days later. When calling, it takes forever for a pharmacy staff member to answer, and Pharmacist was rude when I asked for the status of a prescription. I will not be filling any more prescriptions here.

The pharmacist(I didn't catch his name) was quite friendly here. I came in for a rapid test for an event the same day; it was a bit of a wait, and the staff weren't able to administer the test, as they were unable to access some device which they needed for the test. I am glad that I stopped by early, because the pharmacist contacted the next nearest Safeway pharmacy and confirmed that the other location was able to help me out.

I gave up waiting for a flu shot after a full hour passed with no sign of anyone proactively doing anything for the shot. Might as well make two trips to a different pharmacy since this one is so inconvenient, understaffed and incompetent.
