“The USPS always get a bad rap, mostly because they deserve it. This Maple Valley location is one of the better ones and really is the only one I'll go to if given the choice.”

There was a problem within UPS system where I made a change and cancelled the same change and A representative online even confirmed they saw it. Somehow, my package got flagged as needing to be sent back to a further away location and it would have delayed my package probably another two days (longer because of weekend).
He took the time to look up my package via a phone call and was able to help me get my package that day.
I’d definitely recommend this location or the Benson location because of him.

I came in to ship my step fathers personal effects, and his ashes to his children after my mom passed away. They were such a huge help in getting my items boxed up and shipped off to the correct address. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I left there feeling very thankful for them. “Package delivered to store on Monday Dec 16, but tracking shows they haven't received it. I know you are busy but 5+ days to get it started?? Also phone full for 2 days when I first noticed the mess I'm in. When I finally made contact they were friendly but couldn't find the package. Will look though.......Merry Christmas.....”
