While I had to pay an additional amount for this work given my car was lowered, I still saved around 40% which is appreciated. “I am Hai Dao. On August 20, 2026, I took my Lexus IS 250 to the Firestone location on Union Avenue in Renton, WA, to have a damaged wheel lock removed and replaced, as well as to get a new set of tires. I also asked them to install a TPMS sensor kit that I had purchased myself from Amazon. After the work was completed, I picked up the car and drove home. However, by that afternoon, I noticed that two of the tires were losing air, so I returned to the shop the next day to have the issue checked. Upon inspection, the staff informed me that the TPMS sensors I had provided were all leaking; they suggested replacing them with a set from the shop. I hesitated, thinking about the additional cost of a new TPMS sensor kit. Ultimately, however, I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied when the staff informed me that they had discounted the replacement TPMS sensors to a total price of $319, including tax. I highly value and trust the customer service at Firestone Renton.”

“Two days ago, my front right tire went flat at the worst possible time—Friday evening, right before the weekend and the Fourth of July. On Sunday, I stopped by a couple of tire shops. One was closed, and the other was too busy and didn't have the tire I needed in stock. They told me they could help on Monday.
I came here, and fortunately they were able to take my car right away. Even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, they quickly found a solution and brought the correct tire from Bellevue. The whole process didn't take long. They also explained exactly what tire they were installing and answered all of my questions.
The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. A big thank you to Harry and his team for resolving my problem so quickly. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.”

“Really impressed with their service. I got a nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed urgently, so I walked in without an appointment. They told me it might take about an hour before they could get started, but they actually finished the whole job within 45 minutes.
