I did not shop around for prices just wanted to support a local small business. I personally try to support as much as possible small local business. “I had a great experience this week! After dropping some things off at Goodwill Sunday evening I noticed an immediate change in my driving and could hear a repetitive thump at low speeds. I saw Firestone was the only tire place open and it was about a half hour until close. I popped by doubting I would receive help with it being so close to closing but Nate immediately assisted me despite it being busy. He had me drive my car in front of him and even took it for a spin himself! We found a nail and he got me in the next day at 8am for a new set of tires and some other work I needed done (changing out filters). I had my car back to me by 4:30pm the same day. I spent half as much getting new tires at Firestone than when I previously did at Discount Tire. Most importantly, as a young woman clueless about anything auto repair related, I felt like I was treated with respect, transparency and overall felt I was in good hands. I will be returning for future auto needs!”

“Got a new set of tires in August, also got new tpms gages! Unfortunately they did not work… they told me to visit Subaru since they believed the system had to be reset. Turned out Costco actually installed the wrong part number. They did mess up, but they accommodated me .. there was a price different on the parts but they covered it since they messed up. Thank you guys”
