“I am Hai Dao. On August 20, 2026, I took my Lexus IS 250 to the Firestone location on Union Avenue in Renton, WA, to have a damaged wheel lock removed and replaced, as well as to get a new set of tires. I also asked them to install a TPMS sensor kit that I had purchased myself from Amazon. After the work was completed, I picked up the car and drove home. However, by that afternoon, I noticed that two of the tires were losing air, so I returned to the shop the next day to have the issue checked. Upon inspection, the staff informed me that the TPMS sensors I had provided were all leaking; they suggested replacing them with a set from the shop. I hesitated, thinking about the additional cost of a new TPMS sensor kit. Ultimately, however, I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied when the staff informed me that they had discounted the replacement TPMS sensors to a total price of $319, including tax. I highly value and trust the customer service at Firestone Renton.”
“They fixed a frustrating issue where water was dripping from the sunroof interior due to a very clogged drain hose. In addition they solved a super annoying problem with fasteners missing from the front bumper valence. That one has been bugging me for ages and I'm so grateful for the fix. Very good customer service, kind and respectful, completed the work quickly as advertised. Overall great work, we will be back again!”
“I would give Titan Tires 10 stars if I could! I came in here with a nail in my tire, after being told by a discount chain tire store that due to the age of my tires I would have to buy 4 new tires, even though my tires were low mileage and had lots of tread left. The nice guy at Titan took out my nail, checked for leaks and said I was good to go. Oh, and no charge for that. I was in and out of there in 4 minutes. I highly recommend this place!”

“First time customer at this location but have benefited from Les Schwab's flat repairs most of my driving career. I had a tire stud that needed to be replaced. After calling and speaking with Andrew, I received a general estimate and was told to come by when able.
Upon arriving in the parking lot, I was greeted by another team member who was aware of the requested work and brought me inside to get things setup. While they were now busier than when I called and I was told that waiting may take up to two hours, they completed the work in just over an hour and within the estimated price range.
The professionalism and caring customer service were refreshingly surprising and sincerely appreciated. Recommend stopping by if you need wheel and tire work done.”

“Two days ago, my front right tire went flat at the worst possible time—Friday evening, right before the weekend and the Fourth of July. On Sunday, I stopped by a couple of tire shops. One was closed, and the other was too busy and didn't have the tire I needed in stock. They told me they could help on Monday.
I came here, and fortunately they were able to take my car right away. Even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, they quickly found a solution and brought the correct tire from Bellevue. The whole process didn't take long. They also explained exactly what tire they were installing and answered all of my questions.
The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. A big thank you to Harry and his team for resolving my problem so quickly. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.”
