“Kenny's Auto in Renton has kept my car running for a long time now, and I can't recommend them enough. My car isn't just transportation for me — it's literally how I make my living — so I need a shop I can trust to get it right, and Kenny's has never let me down.
What really sets them apart is that they accept AVIMA and SNAP payment options, which is huge for people like me who depend on their vehicle to work. There aren't many shops in the area that offer this, and it's made it possible for me to get repairs done that I otherwise couldn't have afforded.
I'll also say they're not perfect — I had a spark plug replacement where one of the plugs turned out to be bad. But instead of making excuses, they redid the job free of charge, no questions asked. They forgot to reinstall my splash shield and when i brought it back they connected it immediately. That kind of accountability says a lot about a business. They stand behind their work and actually honor their warranty, which is rare these days.
Between the quality of work, the flexible payment options, and the way they handle it when something does go wrong, Kenny's has earned my trust and my repeat business. Highly recommend.”

“I would give Titan Tires 10 stars if I could! I came in here with a nail in my tire, after being told by a discount chain tire store that due to the age of my tires I would have to buy 4 new tires, even though my tires were low mileage and had lots of tread left. The nice guy at Titan took out my nail, checked for leaks and said I was good to go. Oh, and no charge for that. I was in and out of there in 4 minutes. I highly recommend this place!”

I’ve seen several new faces over the years but their team culture is something that still remains in tack. I’ve gotten tires here, rotation, wipers and just got a new TPMS. Their prices are fair and their work is great. I love that you can book online now which is great because walk-ins take forever.”
“I really want to thank Andrew Jackson for his help with my tires. I had called from the Tesla dealership down the street, with them saying if my tires were under warranty, they all need to be replaced. I had purchased them at Les Schwab in 2024 and it was just a foam issue. Andrew advised me to not listen to them and just bring my car in to get them rebalanced. I’m grateful that they were able to fix the issue and saved me from having to spend unnecessary money on new tires at Tesla.”

“I am Hai Dao. On August 20, 2026, I took my Lexus IS 250 to the Firestone location on Union Avenue in Renton, WA, to have a damaged wheel lock removed and replaced, as well as to get a new set of tires. I also asked them to install a TPMS sensor kit that I had purchased myself from Amazon. After the work was completed, I picked up the car and drove home. However, by that afternoon, I noticed that two of the tires were losing air, so I returned to the shop the next day to have the issue checked. Upon inspection, the staff informed me that the TPMS sensors I had provided were all leaking; they suggested replacing them with a set from the shop. I hesitated, thinking about the additional cost of a new TPMS sensor kit. Ultimately, however, I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied when the staff informed me that they had discounted the replacement TPMS sensors to a total price of $319, including tax. I highly value and trust the customer service at Firestone Renton.”

“Two days ago, my front right tire went flat at the worst possible time—Friday evening, right before the weekend and the Fourth of July. On Sunday, I stopped by a couple of tire shops. One was closed, and the other was too busy and didn't have the tire I needed in stock. They told me they could help on Monday.
I came here, and fortunately they were able to take my car right away. Even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, they quickly found a solution and brought the correct tire from Bellevue. The whole process didn't take long. They also explained exactly what tire they were installing and answered all of my questions.
The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. A big thank you to Harry and his team for resolving my problem so quickly. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.”
