“I would give a hundred stars if I could. My sweet cat’s front paw was hurt this morning and we were able to walk in and get seen immediately (thankfully we got there at what seemed to be a slower time). I was extremely upset that my baby Muffin was injured and they were so calm and patient with me as I tried to explain what happened between sobs. The entire staff was so gentle and kind from the second we walked in to the second we left. They were so gentle that Muffin even let them pick him up and hold him. He haaates being picked up! He let them with no issue or side eye. We paid out of pocket because we don’t have vet insurance and they were very up front with the cost. I didn’t feel blindsided or caught off guard, just informed and cared for. I will always go back here for any of my pets from today forth. You can’t convince me there is a better place and staff.”
