The employee who helped me, Matt, was quick to help me figure out the parts I needed and when I expressed my concern about how to properly attach the new blades to my vehicle he offered to come out and handle the replacement personally. Which he then did with astonishing quickness. That young individual is a gem and an amazing addition to your customer service team. Get him a coffee or a raise or something, he's great!!! “Love this store. The guys are professional and they make sure they go above and beyond for customers. I had an incident where I walked out of the store with some of my parts and set them on the trunk, and I believe we drove off without them. I called the store like two minutes later after leaving and asked them to look around and see if the parts were anywhere around in the parking lot and they said they couldn't find anything. So I left it at that. I need to figure out where those (upper and lower radiator hose) parts went. Calling y'all *o reillys on State Avenue in Marysville, WA* bright and early in the morning (A.M)”
