I entered this branch location and the young lady that greeted me was hostile and unfriendly. Really made me feel like going to a different bank.
Thankfully, the associate who assisted me with the matter at hand was decent and helpful, so the matter at hand was taken care of

Only useful as a online bank. BECU is fine if you never need to handle cash or anything in-person. Almost all needs are directed to the ATM.

I went in today to make an account with them the employees were super nice to me and yeah the parking kinda sucks but that's when there not busy I can get by that but all in all well respected super quick and easy
