Awesome service ......if I could give them more than 10 stars then I would. The entire staff was excellent service from the time I walked in until the time I left . Thank you again Best Buy Marysville for all that you do!!!!!!

We went to Best Buy to buy a new TV. Our clerk, Gabriel L, did an outstanding job of explaining options, showing us comparisons, asking questions to get to exactly what we wanted! Follow through was excellent. There were several items on sale and he pointed those out if they were an option for our system. I hope Best Buy rewards employees like him!

Not a 100% sure why this place has such bad reviews, I had a great experience here. My wife and I came here looking for a new tv and surround sound and were greeted by Donte. He went through his whole speech about quality in a television and never once forced us in spending more than we wanted to. After letting all this information seeking in and going to get some lunch, we came back and were greeted by Fernando. He finish up our sale and we were really satisfied with what we purchased. These guys know what they do and they do a great job.

‼‼‼I tried to get Geek Squad to finish my computer they have hade it 4 days! I'd recommend not using them! I'm in a mess.They didn't finish it and lied!!‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

Bought a 32" Samsung smart TV from Marysville Best Buy and started having problems with it. I delt with Samsung twice regarding each situation. They were able to rectify the 1st problem but not the second. I looked up the phone number for the Marysville Best Buy, called it, kept requesting "customer service". I was eventually transferred to Geek Squad. Long story short he told me I could return the TV but that "today" was the last day to return. I went into the store with TV, box and 'all items that came with it. The first person I spoke to was unable to assist so she called in Donte (maybe a manager - who knows - he didn't introduce himself). As I was explaining the problems his voice was getting louder and louder and he became condescending regarding doing the return. I told him I didn't want my money back but wanted to do an exchange. I also told him we had purchased 4 TV's from there in the last year!! Again long story short...you only have "15 DAYS" to do a return unless you pay the 'very large $100 membership fee'. You must pay this fee every year! Even at that, you only have 90 days to do returns. He also asked what number did you call? I told him Marysville, WA, 360- . . . . . He said "the number you find in Google will send you to a call center. You will never reach the actual store". I told him, "how am I supposed to know that?" He said "Google can put whatever they want out there." OMG!!! Are you kidding me?!!? His last words were, "go anywhere and try to return a tv 2 months later and you'll find you can't do it". I reiterated "yes you can....at Costco. They at least give you 90 days!" Do as you wish regarding my post. But for me, I will never buy another thing from Best Buy.

Zac G was amazingly helpful. My dad has a vision problem and Zac thoroughly explained the lighting and features of the TV. He's very knowledgeable on all the products.. Thank you so much!

Some guy (employee) jumped me for doing research on the internet instead of asking his expertise prior to going to Best Buy. Turns out, he was wrong. I made my purchase elsewhere. Thanks, blow-hard.

Dante the G.O.A.T gave us the H.B.O special (Help a brother out special) helping us find a T.V. to purchase. He was beyond helpful, and gave some very valuable life advise. He better be CEO someday.
