“We were browsing for a new vehicle a couple days ago as my Ford was in the shop. We found a few cars at excellence auto service.
Narrowed it down to 5 and our mechanic helped us narrow it down to 2. Upon arrival Katie was so helpful. I had mentioned how I wanted something with longevity and were hoping for the mazada, accura and Subaru. She DID mention we probably wouldn't want the Subaru.
However the aura was available. Katie so incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We test drove the accura after shopping around the last couple days and within 2 hours secured the car.
