While some customers have reported feeling uncomfortable due to attitudes from staff, others appreciate the team dynamic and perks that come with frequent visits. Overall, the pharmacy provides essential services, including vaccinations, though wait times can vary.
The waits are long, the phone is impossible, but they are understaffed. I sat and watched the line grow and grow, I waited for 45 minutes from a prescription called in the day before and watched them work so hard and fast. Thats dedication. I wish Walgreens would hire more staff to help them.
