“I am so grateful for the staff at 6th Avenue Pharmacy. My loved one is now residing in her third a local long-term care (LTC) facility due to changing care needs. The LTC facilities require medications to be packaged into bubble-packs for safety and 6th Ave provides this service for free. 6th Ave also delivers meds to many local facilities.In the past, I have taken issue with long-term care staff requesting prescriptions from her primary care physician without first speaking with me. (Trust me, this happens more than you might imagine, as they feel inappropriately "entitled" to do so.) I tightly monitor her care to minimize errors and am poorly tolerant of being 'bypassed'. My work around was to ask 6th Ave not to fill any scripts without first seeking my permission and they have done so without fail.Pharmacies are not notified when prescriptions are discontinued, so I always call and let them know.Erik Nelson, the owner, and his staff (special kudos to Ann) have always been accessible and great communicators. Our relationship is a PARTNERSHIP. And, they have been WONDERFUL to us!”
“Standard Safeway, everything located in the same places throughout the store which is a HUGE plus. Prices are average but sales are often very good. I highly recommend using their mobile app to take advantage of their sales and especially their digital coupons. Produce prices are kinda high, but sales bring the prices down to normal.”

“Just a note . . . This location is the Yoke's Headquarters, not an actual grocery store. I stopped due to the Yelp entry and all I saw was a Exxon/Quickstop and some sore of building that looked like a Doctors complex. The sign near the intersection clearly proclaimed "Yoke's Fresh Market". Finally I took a look at the business building next to the Quickstop and saw a Yoke's insignia on one window. Aha! I looked back at the big sign and realized the whole sign was dedicated to Yoke's and was not a list of businesses on the property. Well, it was early . . .”

You call for a backup cashier when the line gets too long. Your cashews are always friendly, even under pressure. The store is always clean and well stocked with a wide variety. The pharmacy even has a lot of new friendlier faces.”

“I just wanted to say that I switched pharmacies because there would be times my old pharmacy would tell me the script was ready and went to pick it up and they tell me they're out and need to wait 3 days for pick up. Walmart always calls and tells me if something is up and that they're doing their best to fill it as far as calling my Dr and giving me generic just to make sure I don't go without. They have been awesome and I truly appreciate the fact the actually care about their customers and go out of their way to call and let you know what's going on. I have been very happy with them recently and appreciate their hard work and keeping me in the loop.”

Jimena did the research, found the answers I needed, by talking to my providers. Sure, it took 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes saved me hours of running around. When Jimena needed to put me on hold, she told me why I was being put on hold. Jimena was never short or curt, never expressing any frustration over the next knot that I needed untangled. Jimena made me feel like my issues mattered to her and that I was not the problem. Jimena's patience is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. “It's a great store and most of the staff are super helpful and nice, my only complaint is that you can't get 100 pieces of chicken which may sound like a lot but it was for a pot luck and they clearly had 100 pieces, the max amount that you can order is 50 without reservation
